Hyde, who is based in the northern England coastal town of Bridlington, emphasised that the sales had been finalised before PacPrint opened. At the same time, he was equally enthusiastic about the reception by visitors on Day One to the PacPrint debut of the Omega VSR Servo drive slitter/rewinder, claimed to be the fastest (400 metres per minute) rewinder on the market.
