AGS signs exclusive deal with Glunz & Jensen

AGS now has the exclusive rights for the manufacturer’s entire iCtp range, including the Platewriter 3000 (pictured), launched last week at Ipex

AGS sales and marketing manager Ross Gilberthorpe said the company was “very excited” to have secured the exclusive rights.

“We have installed four of the 2400 A2 2-up and 4-up devices since starting earlier this year and they have been performing fantastically. Being able to offer the 2-up 2000 model to our customers is very exciting.”

Melbourne-based Finer Finish installed the 2400 model earlier this year, while Mildura-based Park Douglas Printing also purchased the system from AGS.

The Platewriter 3000 will be released locally in the fourth quarter of 2010.
