Ball & Doggett to hire more staff as customer service becomes key

Australian distributor of printable materials and consumables Ball & Doggett is looking to expand its business with new hires as customer service becomes a more vital component within the industry.

The company is looking to hire two national customer service officers – one in Dandenong South in Victoria and one in Pemulwuy in NSW – within its display and visual team.

The recruits will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders across the business. As the principal point of contact for the customers, the hires will assist with product enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide all round practical and timely solutions.

Both recruits will report to recently appointed Ball & Doggett display and visual general manager Rob Brussolo.

The move follows recent news of Ball & Doggett strengthening its team with a few leadership changes.

Along with the promotion of Brussolo, Leigh Hooper was named labels and packaging general manager, while Paul Bartolo was named national manager of digital media (small format).

Ball & Doggett national marketing manager Tony Bertrand told Sprinter, “Ball & Doggett is focused on the continued growth of our display, visual and signage business. We are looking for two experienced professionals in this market to join our growing team of specialists.

“We are continuing to deliver innovation through new products and services and we are committed to ensuring our customers reap the benefits of expertise in this fast paced print sector.

“Rob Brussolo, the new general manager of display and visual at Ball & Doggett has a strong team of very experienced people and is looking to build on that depth.”
