Chris Lee-Brown retires from the ACA

Until July, Lee-Brown (pictured) will finalise a number of key projects that he initiated, including the Australian Catalogue Awards programme, and will fully brief his successor in the demands of the role to ensure a smooth transition of management.

Lee-Brown will provide ongoing consultation and assist in maintaining the commercial and creative input for this year’s 18th Australian Catalogue Awards event. He will also attend the Awards ceremony in August, when a formal changeover will occur with his successor.

David Chesser, chairman of the Australian Catalogue Association, said in a statement, “I sincerely thank Chris for his enthusiasm and willingness in assisting the ACA to handle the changeover, and I’m sure everyone joins me in thanking Chris for his service and wishing him well in his retirement.

“From his point of view Chris is pleased with arrangements and is looking forward to a well-earned rest for a few months followed by an overseas holiday with his family.

“The ACA looks forward to the continuing evolution of the association and building on the sound platform that Chris has laid over the past nine years.”
