GBC, formerly owned by ACCO Brands, handles lamination films and packaging equipment in Europe, North America, Japan and the Asia-Pacific.

Earlier this year, GBC Australia said it would be “unaffected” by the ACCO sale.

As part of the deal, Cosmo has appointed GBC Australia as “its exclusive distributor of Commercial Print Finishing’s GBC-branded commercial laminating products”.
