CSG buys printer management ATI Group

ATI Group has been focused on document output solutions for organisations looking to streamline and drive economies and productivity through their document output fleet, and has 18 years experience in document output technology.

CEO of CSG Limited, Denis Mackenzie, was reported as saying that behind the company acquisition was ATI’s Canberra presence – helpful for Federal Government contracts – and because print management is an Australian growth sector.

“ATI have a number of large outsourcing contracts in the Federal government arena. Through CSG, ATI will enhance its capability to its customers by offering a more comprehensive range of products, services and resources,” Mackenzie was reported as saying.

CSG Limited started in Darwin in 1988 as a Xerox Business Centre. It became CSG when it expanded its services into the information and communications industry. ATI has been providing services with a special focus on print management to large organisations, both corporate and government, since 1989.
