“We have been working closely with FOGRA for proofing media testing in combination with EFI and CGS for some time now,” said sales director Russell Cavenagh. “It’s logical to extend this relationship to ‘Partner’ status.”

The company’s colour specialist David Crowther (pictured), who was one of the main speakers at last month’s seminars, recently completed FOGRA training in Germany, as well as receiving ISO and version updates at CGS and EFI’s head offices.

“By becoming a FOGRA Partner, DES will be able to offer Australian and New Zealand printers the FOGRA PSO certification that their printing meets the ISO 12647-2 standard,” said Crowther.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer this additional service to the growing number of ISO compliant printers. We have installed the vast majority of ISO implementations in the region and are very pleased to be able to offer this additional service in Australia and New Zealand.”
