Fespa China to open in ten days

Printers will find their key to success at Fespa China where more than 400 exhibitors are set to showcase their latest print technology in less than 10 days, organisers say. The event, held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from October 21-23, will have demonstrations in digital wide format, screen and textile printing, organisers say.

Fespa China set to unlock business potential

The event is also promising a full day of conference sessions in both Chinese and English, with seminars covering various topics including the growth of digital textile and screen printing across Asia on the second day of the exhibition. Roz McGuinness, Fespa divisional director, says they are anticipating another buzzing event when Fespa China opens its doors. McGuinness says, “With exhibitors bringing their latest equipment to the halls, those visiting cannot fail to discover applications and technologies which will help them to grow their business. “Visitors will be able to combine their time in the halls with attendance at educational sessions which will give them insight and inspiration into how to evolve in a rapidly changing market. “We know from previous events that this combination works well for the Chinese market and are anticipating another successful day where printers learn a lot of useful information.” McGuinness says Fespa World Wrap Masters Judge, Ole Solskin, will be demonstrating the latest car wrapping techniques in the Vehicle Wrap workshop. Visitors will have the chance to try wrapping themselves, and they will also be able to experience T-shirt screen printing in the dedicated workshop with screen print guru, Charlie Taublieb. Ahead of the show many exhibitors have revealed the highlights of the event: Kiian Digital will launch the latest product in their range of sublimation inks Digistar Evo, as well as inks designed for Ricoh print heads. J-Teck3will present J-LUX, a new series of dye-sub inks with superior light fastness designed for polyester substrates, and particularly suited to applications such as fashion, home decoration, sportswear, flags and banners. Microtec will be showing its two flagship products: Wunderboard HD Aluminium Photo panels, and Apex UV Printers, which are designed for industrial bulk production, while Inkcups Now Corp will demonstrate Tagless Printing – pad printing of neck labels directly onto garments.
