“Papermaking is a highly industrialised process that has environmental impacts and it is important to understand and mitigate those impacts across the life cycle – from raw material acquisition to manufacture distribution, use and disposal,” said Fuji Xerox Australia sustainability manager Amanda Keogh in a statement. “Our goal is to be transparent about the environmental issues around paper but also address some of the misconceptions and provide businesses with resources to assist with responsible procurement.”
