The webinar will be run by Peter Britliff, marketing manager for graphic communications software solutions Fuji Xerox, who will define the cloud and share its benefits to the traditional printing industry.

According to GASAA attendees will discover how they can take advantage of shared resources, software and information through cloud-based applications.

GASAA executive officer Garry Knespal told ProPrint that there was a growing interest within the graphic arts community toward the cloud.

“The cloud has a lot of potential in our industry especially the concept that you have access to some very powerful tools at a manageable cost and that these tools can be tailored,” he said.

“The webinar is broad and covers off the trends that we are seeing as we are finding access to greater bandwidth. We look forward to a large number of attendees joining us to find out how they can benefit from the expertise and knowledge of this new technology and the ever changing environment.”
