As part of the deal, Cosmo will appoint GBC Australia, the local subsidiary of US-based ACCO Brands Corporation, as “its exclusive distributor of Commercial Print Finishing’s GBC-branded commercial laminating products”.

The deal is expected to be finalised by the end of the second quarter of 2009.

“Prior to, and after, the close of the transaction, GBC Australia Pty Ltd  will continue current operations in the Australian market,” the company said in a statement.
