IPMG rebrands Sinnott Bros business

Sinnott Brothers has emphasised its evolution from pre-press house to diverse print and media outfit with a rebrand.

The IPMG firm, which is based in Sydney, has changed its name to SBM and launched five new brands.

General manager Stephen Cuthbert told ProPrint the rebrand would help clients understand how much the company had diversified since being founded in 1973.

He said it would also help SBM push its specific brands: digital print division Indigo Print Centre; software developer SAAS; creative agency Point; photography and video production business Pixel Studios; and pre-media and post-production house Colourpedia.

The Indigo Print Centre dates back to 1998 and includes two HP Indigo 3550 presses, he said.

Cuthbert told ProPrint that the 65-staff firm had not made any redundancies as part of the rebrand.

“We are extremely excited about our new brands and believe our new structure more accurately reflects the position of our company in today’s market,” he said.

“Although the trading name of the company will change we will continue to maintain the heritage and integrity of the Sinnott Brothers brand.

“Our management structure, association with IPMG and continued focus on quality, service and innovation shall also remain unchanged.”
