Memjet envelope kit to woo crowds: MailPack

A focal point of the mailroom solutions vendor’s stand is its AstroJet M1 colour page and envelope printer, featuring Memjet printhead technology.

“It’s an ideal solution for digital printers and we’ll be seeing a lot of them at PacPrint,” said Danyluk.

He said Memjet technology was aimed at digital print companies looking for high-speed colour printing at economical costs.

The M1 Memjet printhead packs an impressive 70,400 nozzles into its silicon structure to deliver 1,600dpi native print quality, which Danyluk claimed was more cost-effective and energy-efficient than other inkjet technologies.

And its maximum paper size of 241x431mm gives it plenty of flexibility, he added.
