Name change for MAN Ferrostaal

The acquisition means that the printing equipment manufacturer is no longer part of the MAN Group, resulting in the name change. 70% of shares in the manufacturer are now owned by IPIC, whilst the remaining 30% are owned by the MAN Group.

It concludes a year of transition for the company, which in February announced it would no longer be associated with Manroland.

The new name will also see the emergence of a new company logo, with the letters “MAN’ removed from it.

Man Ferrostaal Australia and New Zealand will both be taking on the new name.
