National trade printer donating $25,000 to African charity

The trade printer said it would give 5% of this week’s turnover to Hands at Work Africa, which founder Clive Denholm said would be enough to feed all the pupils.

Denholm told ProPrint that only 55 of the children – many of them orphans – were currently being fed during the school day.

This week’s initiative is a first for CMYKhub, but Denholm said it might become an annual event across the company’s Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth sites.

He said the trade printer already sponsored 60 children and that some of its 65 staff also made personal donations to charity.
