Neopost names VI winners

The seven lucky winners from the Neopost’s big promotion at Visual Impact (VI) have been named.

Jon Ballard of Silverback Signs has won a $1000 travel voucher, Philip Smith of The Sticker Company in Geelong has won a Hot Air Balloon Voucher, while Yianni from Genr8 Printing has won a V8 Supercar experience.

Rhod Webb of Signarama City North, and Steve Ellery of Steve Ellery Screen Printing both won Google Home devices, while Stephan Lamont of Lamont Signs and Yang Yang of Viewinside win $100 gift vouchers.

While the company has previously given prizes away on its VI stands, this was the first year the company has given away daily prizes, explains Karen Kavanagh, marketing director, Neopost.

“Basically, every time we have a VI show, we try to come up with innovative ways to reward traffic to the stand, so we give away prizes to encourage people to come to the stand.

“This year we did a prize every day, and decided to spend more and give away more. We will continue to do that, as it was really well received.”

And Neopost is continuing with a new promotion for printers that didn’t get to the show. Kavangh says, “If you missed us at the show, didn’t get to talk to an expert, or attend VI for whatever reason we now offering $1000 worth of media for the first five companies to book an appointment with a Neopost print expert

“We have 40 account managers located throughout the country, so most printers across the country have access to a local account manager.

“It is an opportunity for an account manager to review equipment, talk about new technology, and see what we can do to help businesses boost revenue and open up new applications.

“The $1000 worth of media, anything from our range, from LG Hausys, to StudioJet, our own brand, to Ahlstrom, a German-made wallpaper that you simply spray water on the wall to apply.”

The company says it has been expanding its applications and product range over the past 18-months, with a shift away from hardware.

Kavanagh says, “There are so many new applications customers can pick up, especially with LG Hausys. In the last two big shows, PacPrint and Visual Impact, we have added media walls, applications, and other areas, so that we no longer focus just on equipment.

“Pick up the phone, ring your local expert, they will tell you what is new in print, and what you can add to your business.”
