Cloud Mobile allows sales reps to check key information about client accounts before they leave the car, said Optimus group managing director Nicola Bisset.

Reps can then use Cloud Mobile to give the client instant quotes, which are sent to the office MIS and the client’s inbox, she added.

Bisset told the PacPrint Daily that printers would no longer risk losing sales while the rep returned to the office and handed the job to an estimator to prepare a quote.
