Don’t miss out: PICA entries to close April 30

Design, print, finishing and other industry businesses have just weeks to get entries in for this year’s Print Industry Creativity Awards, with entries due to close on Friday, 30 April.

Full details of this year’s categories, together with entry details and forms, can be found at www.printingawards.com.au.

The PICAs, which run in each state, have long celebrated the achievement of excellence in print in all its forms, as well as recognising the people and businesses behind these examples of ‘print perfection’.

Entrants can choose from 32 categories which cover a variety of print processes and products, recognise personal and business achievements, and give a nod to the creatives and campaign strategists who create beautiful and successful print pieces.

The state PICAs and the National Print Awards are co-hosted by the Print & Visual Communication Association (PVCA) and Visual Connections.

State awards will be held weekly during July:

  • South Australia Friday 2 July
  • Victoria Friday 9 July
  • New South Wales Friday 16 July
  • Queensland Friday 23 July
  • Western Australia Saturday 31 July

Those who win Gold at the state level are then automatically entered to vie for prestigious national honours, which will this year be recognised at the 38th National Print Awards presentation dinner, held during PacPrint 2021 in Melbourne on Thursday 30 September.
