PKF the trusted auditor of the 2021 ProPrint Awards

PKF have again provided audit sponsorship support for this year’s Power 50 – a long-running peer-voted award which is part of a broader event known as the ProPrint Awards which recognises senior leaders, rising stars, suppliers and outstanding achievers in the industry.

Once peer-voting for the Top 20 of the Power 50 was completed, PKF audited the votes to ensure the final results – which will be announced this Friday night at the Shangri-la Hotel in Sydney – are true and correct.

PKF have now been providing this audit service to the Power 50 since 2019.

Ticket sales for this year’s ProPrint Awards close at midday (AEDT) Tuesday 23 November. Tickets can be purchased here.

PKF partner, Mitchell Stone, said he is proud to again be involved in the Power 50 which recognises and celebrates senior print industry leaders.

“We have built a strong and trusted relationship with the team at (ProPrint magazine publisher) The Intermedia Group, giving us even more of a reason to jump on board as the official audit sponsor of the awards,” Stone said.

“With our national award-winning audit services, it only seems fitting that the awards have a trusted auditor, ensuring they can maintain their equitable and unbiased nature.”

The remaining nominees for the Power 50 – from 21 to 50 will be announced in alphabetical order.

All winners of each category – Power 50, Emerging 50, Supplier 50 and Industry Achievement Award – will be announced on Friday night, and published in the December issue of ProPrint magazine.

Stone said he was particularly excited to see the introduction of the Emerging 50 which is supported with a one-off mentorship prize, in partnership with The Real Media Collective, for one lucky winner. The mentorship prize is judged by an industry panel who volunteered to be a part of this during the nomination phase.

“It is great to see emerging professionals in the print world being given the opportunity to further their career through mentorship,” said PKF managing director Steve Meyn.

“At PKF, we encourage our team to create a personal network of mentors, as something that holds great value, helping our team build themselves as professionals and having a range of perspectives to seek advice from.”
