PMP settles claim with Evans

No further details have been released by the printing giant as part of an agreed confidentiality clause between Evans and the company.

Evans (pictured) hit PMP with a $1.56 million statement of claim in March this year after departing the company in strange circumstances. Evans’ departure was initially described as being “by mutual agreement”, with the company saying it was “reviewing the structure of its senior executive team” in light of the global financial crisis.

Evans was replaced by former CFO Richard Allely, who took the top job on a full-time basis in April after seven years with the company.
