Printers urged to send customers to RMC insights talks

The Real Media Collective has announced a series of seminars and is encouraging printers to encourage their customers to attend so they can hear the latest Australian market research into the value of print and how it can boost their businesses.

The seminars will feature keynote presentations from research firms Roy Morgan and Bastion Latitude and magazine publisher Bauer Media Group.

“This is for retailers, brands and industry customers to learn and understand the value and relevance of print so we are encouraging our members to send their customers along,” Real Media Collective chief executive officer Kellie Northwood told ProPrint.

“We don’t need to talk to ourselves about how great print is but we want to get our customers and brands in the room to show the power of our channels.”

Northwood says the major benefits of the direct mail and catalogue effectiveness research the two firms have to show is that it is Australian.

“This will include exclusive and Australian content. It’s not about overseas, it is actually about Australian consumers,” she said.

The first event will be held at the Isaac Nichols Auditorium, 219-241 Cleveland Street, Strawberry Hills, Sydney on Tuesday June 4 from 7.30am to 10.30am. The Brisbane event will be held on Wednesday June 6

The Brisbane event will be held on Wednesday June 5 from 7.30am to 10.30am at The Alice Room, 641 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley.

The Melbourne event will be held at the Tasman Room, Level 10, 100 Bourke Street, Melbourne on Thursday June 6 from 7.30am to 10.30am.
