Beyond that one NRL upset, 15 tipsters managed to secure six points for the round, including Jason Murray from Print Solutions, Patrick Jayatilake from Ligare, Graham Cole from Stream Solutions and Brad Webb, production manager at Sainsbury Packaging.
There was no reshuffling at the top of the NRL ladder. 10 Thousand Trees’ Raj Rajendra leads with 122 points, followed by BJ Ball’s Teena Pyers on 119 and Reed Business Information production director Troy Stevens on 115.
It was a similar story in the AFL, where one upset held back plenty of tipsters from a perfect round. In this case, the Richmond Tigers’ win over the Sydney Swans meant there were plenty of seven point weeks.
These included former Australian Catalogue Association CEO Chris Lee-Brown, Adelaide Review production manager Karen Cini, Daniel Ogle from Who Printing and Snap Rockdale’s Craig Edmondson.
The top of the AFL comp is now locked up between Kayleigh Dawes from Lamination Systems and Tania Keizer from Anitech, followed closely behind by Jerry Randall from Ricoh and PrintPack HR’s Wayne Hood.
