51% Yes. Their product range is complementary.
20%: Yes. Consolidation is the only way companies can survive the current climate.
11%: No. Each manufacturer’s customers will experience less-focused customer service and support.
11%: No. It will make the digital kit market less competitive.
7%: Yes. There are too many manufacturers already, the market is overcrowded.
