RU OK? Day – the perfect time to start a conversation

Today is RU OK? Day and this means there is no better time to kickstart a conversation and check in with those around you to see how they are going and continue to grow a positive culture within your business.

In recognition of this need to talk, Man Anchor founder Steven Gamble is offering a one-hour Lets Talk workshop which is designed to engage, educate and empower your team to support their own wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of those around them.

Gamble, who is also the national sales manager of Bottcher, is a big supporter of mental wellness promotion and is often running mental wellness awareness programs with print companies and companies in the broader industrial setting.

The one hour program is designed to lay the foundations for change in the way your team address mental health. The workshop is a relaxed but informative look at mental health covering –

• Prevention
• Early Intervention
• Treatment
• Self Care

“We also unpack the key elements of identifying signs and symptoms of becoming unwell as well as how to start that crucial conversation when reaching out to support another,” Gamble says.

“This program is delivered online creating a great opportunity to pull the team together that still may be working remotely.”
