SA students given new leash on life with Doggetts

The 11 students from the University of South Australia were briefed by paper merchant KW Doggett to create “original, funny, creative and witty ‘Doggie’ magazine titles”.

The results can be seen across the magazine-style calendar with entries including “Dogue”, a classy take on the concept using foiling supplied by Avon Graphics.

KW national marketing manager Catherine Doggett said that the annual calendar was an important part of Doggett’s history.

“Just like UniSA, we also think it’s important for students to gain some commercial experience before they leave University,” she said.

“As a family business, we love working with young talent. One of the most encouraging things about this process is seeing the students creativity develop and getting them involved with the entire job, from initial brief right through to the press check,” said Doggett.

The calendar was printed by Finsbury Green in four-colour with one fluro PMS on KW Doggett stock.
