Yenom hands over sales to BJ Ball

Yenom has made BJ Ball its distributor for its roll label business in Australia and New Zealand, pulling the pin on its own sales operation after 15 years in the business.

The national paper merchant will putting the product on its iConsignment system – which allows customers to have their stocks auto replenished and only pay on usage – and will also have an online ordering portal.

The Singapore based Yenom has been selling its own product here for the past 15 years, but will now concentrate on product development and manufacturing.

Under the alliance Yenom Sydney, Auckland and Melbourne will cease trading Tuesday May 31and BJ Ball will begin sales, invoicing and distribution on Wednesday June 1. Key staff from Yenom will transfer to BJ Ball to add expertise and assist in in meeting the market needs.

Customers can expect local technical support and converting facilities at all major cities across Australia. As part of the commitment to the industry, Yenom and BJ Ball will further strengthen their sales and technical teams and have invested in equipment which utilises the latest technology for stock slitting purposes.
