ACP’s Network Services grabs IPMG distribution business

Commenting on the closure Mark Darton, general manager of NDD said, “Our number one priority is to ensure minimal impact to our publishers and retailers. We are excited to announce we have secured an ongoing distribution solution via Network Services Company which will ensure a seamless transition from NDD.

While Network Services could not confirm how many clients it had obtained but industry sources say that a majority of former NDD clients would make the move to Network in favour of other competitors such as PMP’s Gordon & Gotch division.

Also commenting, Niall Murphy, group general manager of Network Services says, “We are excited to be able to offer Network Services Company as the proficient distribution solution for existing NDD clients.”

Murphy continues, “We have agreed with NDD to utilise their client services and allocations teams along with their systems and intend to keep these in place for as long as needed to ensure a seamless transition.”
