The deal was made official last Friday, with AM:PM owner Gerard Luxon, Print Supply owner Tony Hale, and Croxton Printing general manager John Emmerson each taking a one third partnership in the new business.
“The new business partners – Gerard Luxon, Tony Hale and John Emmerson – had been negotiating with the owner of Croxton Printing Pty Ltd, Brett Murphy, to acquire his business as it had felt the effects of the global meltdown and had got itself into financial distress that made it insolvent,” the new company said in a statement.
Under the deal, the combined operations of AM:PM and Print Supply Print Management will move into the Croxton premises.
