Anitech launches wide format PVC alternative

The new ISC5400 is a heavy polyester fabric textile banner media which Anitech says represents a genuine green alternative for wide format banner applications that are currently dominated by PVC materials.

Yoong Lee, national business development manager for Anitech says, “The ISC5400 is a heavyweight polyester banner substrate that can replace PVC in wide format banner printing.

“It’s available as a matt or glossy finish with a textured surface so it has that textile look and feel. The product is suitable for banners and wall hangings in both indoor and outdoor graphic applications.”

ISC5400 is a woven polyester, white dyed media that comes in a 280gsm weight in 914, 1065, 1270, 1370 and 1524mm widths. The substrate is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and UV curable inks and has a 50gsm, fire-retardant, white-liquid coated resin finish.

Lee continues, “ISC5400 is in our inventory now and stock is ready for immediate delivery Australia wide from any Anitech outlet.”

Anitech will showcase its latest products during the Visual Impact Image Expo 2011 in May.
