Blue Star Group has acquired Dominion Print Group, with owners Kelvin Gage and Kevin Maybury moving with the company into the Blue Star Print business.
Dominion is a provider of creative services, digital print, offset print and warehousing and logistics services that currently operates out of two sites in Silverwater, Sydney. It brings 200-300 new customers to Blue Star.
According to Blue Star the Dominion business has built a strong reputation supporting some of Australia’s leading brands through providing a wide range of services built upon a framework of highly automated customer tools.
Blue Star says, “The combined business capabilities of Blue Star Print and Dominion will build further on the market leading service and technology offer that is unmatched in the Sydney market.
“This acquisition further consolidates IVE’s position as Australia’s leading vertically integrated marketing communications company.”
