Celmac holding Fogra workshops

Celmac is holding a Colour Management Workshop Session tomorrow in Sydney, taking place from 10am to 4pm.

The sessions will focus on Fogra digital print colour management certifications, and Fogra Process Standard Digital. Celmac says the standards can bring in new business opportunities.

There will be two sessions, including HP Latex and Epson printers, while attendees can also see the latest spectrophotometer platform offered by Celmac, the Barbieri-made LFP Qb.

Celmac says attendees will learn fundamentals about printer linearisations, recalibrations, profiling and how to get several printers to colour match with device link profiling and media device synchronisation, and how to reproduce spot colours accurately and match corporate colours they can not currently achieve.

The company says, “There are two sessions to accommodate everyone, and two presentations about Fogra standards with Jonny Rumney, who is the only certified Fogra Digital Print Expert currently in Australia.”

Celmac says the event is for both beginners and advanced users in colour management.

The workshops are taking place at Rydges Camperdown, interested readers can sign up here.
