Corel hits the road

Three stops are planned in the Australia leg of the Corel Product Roadshow, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney on the itinerary.

Members of the graphics industry will get a free sneak peek into CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3, which has more than 40 new features and over 400 enhancements.

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3 is trusted by designers and business users to transform ideas into professional results. Users can tackle a variety of projects. With enhanced illustration, page layout, photo editing, bitmap-to-vector tracing, and learning tools, this suite combines design capabilities, ease-of-use, and affordability that cannot be matched by any other graphics software.

The programme for each day is kicked off with a welcome from Gavin Watson, Corel sales director for Asia Pacific; a demonstration of the new product from marketing manager Richard Dodd; and a testimonial demonstration from John Hadfield from Control Zone.

A Wacom product demonstration will be held by Wacom Australia GM David Spenser and a demonstration of Corel Word Perfect Office X3 will show off this program’s latest features. There is also a designated question and answer session, and the chance to win copies of each of the programs.

The roadshow will hit Melbourne on February 7 at the Melbourne PC Meeting Room in Chadstone, Brisbane on February 8 at Illustration House, and Sydney on February 9 at the Wacom Training Centre, Lane Cove West.
