Currie hits the road

Currie Group is on the road again after taking on Queensland, with its mobile showroom making its next stops in Albury and Adelaide.

The company says its 2018 Roadshow will be trucking its latest technology around the country, providing pritners with hands on easy access to fully integrated print solutions.

On show is inline automated booklet production via the combination of an HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press with a Horizon 200 Series booklet maker, which made its worldwide debut at PacPrint last year. Currie says the production line delivers end-to-end productivity and solutions, illustrating automated printing.

Phillip Rennell, Currie Group sales & marketing director says, “The Horizon bookletmaker takes the sheets from the HP Indigo and, in one operation, stitches, folds and trims, to deliver a finished product onto the conveyor at the far end, all without a single touch point.”

Also on display will be a Horizon SmartSlitter for sheet cutting, creasing and perforating in one pass.

The roadshow will be at the Atura Hotel in Albury on May 9-10, open from 9:30am to 5pm and at the West Adelaide Football Club in Richmond, Adelaide May 23-24 from 9:30am to 5pm.
