Data integration from IPP

The SPanthera is described by Bobst as new generation, it operates at 9000 strokes an hour, works with sheets up to 760x960mm size, has lateral camera register to eliminate push and pull side lays, and has a new feeder system with independent feeder drive.

The stripping and blanking station comes with a newly designed integrated automatic upper locking stripping/and blanking system. It also has a new brushless delivery system with the option of full sheet delivery.

IPP is also highlighting connectivity through data integration, with visitors to the stand able to see digital connection in action, featuring the latest in workflows and press management software. Networked production is not new at PacPrint, but with the advent of end to end JDF workflows the potential for managing complete production workflows can now be realised. How this is being achieved is being shown in IPP’s fully functioning data integration centre.

Jonathon Clarke, managing director of IPP says, “IPP offers a number of dataflow solutions that are being demonstrated in real life applications and shown to have quantifiable benefits. Visitors to PacPrint are seeing that our networked systems are not limited to any one brand or one solution fits all type of approach.”

IPP also launched a new folding system, the MBO T800 which comes with reverse delivery and removable slitter shaft cassette module.

The company also announced that it would have a new corporate identity from July 1, with the three letters MAN beneath a silver arch.
