According to the company, the addition makes DaVinci’s offering the only MIS that does not require a third party application to communicate directly with prepress applications.

The company also says its updated offering “is in the final stages of test and approval with several leading prepress vendors in Japan and the United States.”

“It is an exciting time for us, to know that an Australian software company based in Sydney is ahead of the game globally,” said DaVinci’s business development manager Chris Clear.
