Alan Potter, sales and marketing director at Accura says, “The potential of this system is huge. Not only can you benefit from 24 hours a day, seven days a week trading, you can give your customers all the information they require, in a streamlined system, whilst reducing your administration time and improving response time. This system will give you the competitive edge you need to succeed in today’s market place.”

He continues, “Not only will the internal running of the business be more streamlined, if a customer has a good experience by simply logging in and accessing their details, you are likely to see increased customer retention as they become used to the ease and convenience of the system.”

Accura says its MIS System gives users the power to identify and reduce weak areas in their business, streamline workflows, improve control, improve communication and response times between staff and customers and ultimately grow profits.

Starting with a core module, users can develop this modular system and tailor it to their individual needs.
