Edward Keller picks up Double E Company

core cutters.

Through Edward Keller Australia, converters in Australia have access to all Double E products, including lightweight carbon fibre air shafts. According to Edward Keller, these shafts can be made stronger than steel at a fraction of the weight. They allow high critical speeds and heavy roll weights while reducing handling injuries. Double E also offers mechanical and pneumatic/mechanical shafts for maximum concentric grip force as well as strip and differential shafts for multiple-slit rewinding.

For shaftless unwind stands, Double E’s DF-2000 is a torque-activated core chuck that uses smooth jaws to grip the inner diameter of any core material. The chuck allows web material to be run down to the last wrap and requires no operator intervention to function.
