With Japan’s financial year ending on March 31, Epson and Starleaton have made the ever-expanding Epson showroom at Yennora available for printers to visit and have a closer look at Epson’s large format range, including the SureColor R5000 resin ink series and the SureColor V7000 flatbed.

The first of two open houses was held on Wednesday 9 March with a second now scheduled for Wednesday March 16.

Starleaton Group Sales & Marketing Director, John Buitenkamp, said there are a range of great deals available before the Japanese financial year draws to a close at the end of March.

“Anyone who is interested in discussing the Epson range should get in touch with us to discuss,” Buitenkamp told Sprinter.

The open houses are a welcome relief after prolonged lockdowns stopped many businesses from being able to visit to learn more about Epson’s range in the sign and display and also the photographic and technical print range available in the SureColor P- and T-Series.

Epson Business Development Manager Professional Print Solutions, Ryan Warby, said it is now planned to run these sorts of open doors more regularly, particularly in the lead up to PacPrint in Melbourne in June.

He also added there is stock on the ground in Australia, with plentiful ink supplies.

“We do have stock on hand, we are down to single digits on a few SKUs but overall there is product there. We are quite lucky in that aspect to have stock available. Not only stock of the gear as well but also our ink stock is quite plentiful which is great,” Warby said.
