Final call for PIAA future seminar

The seminar, supported by Media Super helps printing companies to develop an edge in innovation in client management.

Steve Tighe a Business advisor and former national foresight manager with global brewing giant Foster’s will be a guest speaker at the seminar. He says printing company owners, managers and customer staff needed to understand why consumer values, attitudes and how behaviours were changing in order to meet the expectations of their clients.

Tighe says, “By being able to anticipate and respond to these changes positively, they could become more valuable to their own clients and create services to help these clients meet the expectations of their own customers.”

He says it is was crucial for companies to understand and develop innovative thinking to reposition their business away from the threats they may be or are facing and to identify where the opportunities lie.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday October 23 at Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club, Sydney.
