FX launches direct mail data management solution

HitList is designed to help print
providers enhance their variable data publishing (VDP) services by cleaning,
managing and measuring data for direct marketing campaigns. Fuji Xerox says HitList's
powerful data profiling, intelligence and analytical tools pave the way for
stronger relationships between digital print specialists and marketing industry
organisations through more sophisticated levels of personalised printing; a
reduction in mail processing costs; and better management and tracking of
campaign results and follow up sales efforts.

Eliot Harper, the production workflow marketing
manager at Fuji Xerox Australia says, "The key to any successful direct marketing campaign is data.
Incorrect or poor quality data severely impacts the campaign response rates and
return-on-investment. By offering a solution to database accuracy, the value of
customised communications becomes a high value marketing proposition that is
hard to deny. "

Security is paramount as HitList is hosted in a
secure, managed server environment with permission-based access to campaign
data. As HitList is completely web-based, no software is needed to use this solution.
It also enables users to comply with privacy and spam legislations.

According to Fuji Xerox the benefits of HitList include:

Stand-alone or integrated
deployment – prepare and deploy direct marketing campaigns for print,
email and telemarketing or use with XMPie PersonalEffect to enable tightly
integrated cross-media campaigns.

Control – unified control
of data through enabling data collaboration with service providers and their
clients.

Improved data quality –
de-duplication, address verification, apply postal barcodes and refine campaign
data through powerful cleansing tools and built-in QAS integration.

Steve Hall, marketing manager at HitList
commented, "HitList helps partners and their clients of Fuji Xerox to
develop profiles of their customers and prospects. The importance of making
your marketing message relevant to individual recipients means companies must
develop rich data, and establish permission based marketing. HitList, together
with Fuji Xerox's cross media, variable data solutions brings intelligence to
direct marketing, lowering costs, whilst significantly increasing response
rates."

"HitList provides the missing link in direct
marketing," says Harper. "Combined with Fuji Xerox VDP solutions and production
systems, print providers can now harness high impact marketing opportunities
for their customers – via document personalisation, data tools and digital
production – with truly measurable results."
