The results strengthen the company’s number one position in the graphic arts market, which is expected to be worth $US663 billion globally by 2010.
“The graphic solutions business is a key growth segment for HP’s Imaging and Printing Group and our HP Indigo business drives a large proportion of this development,” said VS Hariharan, HP’s vice-president of Graphic Solutions Business, Asia Pacific and Japan. “The strong performance also demonstrates the growing preference of our HP Indigo product line by print service providers.”
