IVE Group, Koenig & Bauer and LIA Victoria are joining forces this month to showcase the very latest offset print technology in Melbourne.
IVE Group will open the doors of its state-of-the-art printing plant in Braeside for an LIA technical event, featuring live demonstrations of its new Koenig & Bauer Rapida presses – a Rapida 106X 10-colour commercial press with in-line coater, and a Rapida 106X 7-colour packaging press with two in-line coating devices – and a presentation by product specialists.
The event will be attended by the IVE team including Matt Aitken, CEO, Shane Britten, executive general manager – print and Jacpak, and Shaun Hodge, head of operations (print VIC/CX and data); Graham Harris, CEO of Koenig & Bauer Australia, and Rayne Simpson, sales manager – Australia and New Zealand.
Also in attendance will be two guests from Koenig & Bauer Germany – Markus Weiss, CEO paper and packaging, and Dirk Winkler, head of printing technology and product management, who will moderate the evening and present the presses to the group.
Representing LIA Victoria will be Robyn Frampton, president, and Jaz Allen, vice president, together with other committee members.
