Knox Print Media becomes OPUS

Selected because “opus” is a Latin word referring to “excellence in craft and achievement”, the Group’s CEO, Cliff Brigstocke, claimed that the move “represents more than just a change of name”.

“It is a brand which boldly states who we are and what we stand for as a group,” Brigstocke said. “Since our inception in May 2007, we have worked hard to bring together our specialist print companies. Today, we are united by our vision to sustain the art and passion for print.”

Comprised of print companies Ligare and Cactus Imaging and Omnigraphics New Zealand, OPUS will continue to operate two divisions specifically devoted to Short Run Book (Ligare) and Out of Home Printing (Cactus), with a third division planned in the near future. More information on the group structure can be found at the rebadged Group website, www.opusprintgroup.com.au.

“OPUS Print Group’s collective resources of specialist companies create a strong proposition, while promoting growth and opportunities,” continued Brigstocke. “Our companies are not only able to extend their service and product offerings, but also improve internal processes as part of a larger print solutions group.”
