Konica Minolta, Heidelberg and Kodak to showcase partnership at PrintEx11

The vendors will demonstrate their combined offering from pre-press to output and finishing across a total floor space of 450sqm at the May show. They will also jointly host a customer event at Doltone House on 4 May to coincide with the show.

Kodak Australia managing director Adrian Fleming said: "We are pleased to be showcasing our technologies together at PrintEx11 to highlight the benefits this partnership provides to the industry. It's an important platform to showcase an industry first in adaptable printing."

Heidelberg Australia and New Zealand signed a consumables and pre-press distribution deal with Kodak in December 2009 and a digital distribution deal with Konica Minolta in June 2010.

Heidelberg ANZ managing director Andy Vels Jensen said: "The partnership has been a great opportunity for us to provide new markets with our capabilities and in turn offer our existing clients opportunities to expand into the digital market."

PrintEx11 will be held from 4-6 May at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour. The event will co-locate with the Visual Impact Image Expo.
