Kwik Kopy forecasts “record” year as sales increase

The company, which recently placed sixth in the Topfranchise Awards, said bringing in new services was integral to its growth.

“We have focused on diversification in our product and service offerings through the system and this has seen design sales increase 21% over the last three years,” said chief executive David Bell.

“This is an excellent result and provides clear evidence that the Kwik Kopy Franchise System has fully emerged from any lingering effects of the GFC,” he said.

Mike Beuermann, owner of Kwik Kopy Moonee Ponds, said that returns from traditional print were not enough and that franchisees were embracing industry change and diversifying their work.

“Excellent service is no longer purely about basic printing services,” he said.

“To really meet and exceed customer expectations, I am now providing far more complex and creative, total solutions,” said Beuermann, whose store was recently named the group’s ‘Franchise of the Year’.

The Topfranchise survey rates franchisors from the feedback of its franchisees. Smartline currently hold the number one spot with Kwik Kopy coming in sixth in its first year with the service.
