Kwik Kopy invests in Versant 3100

Kwik Copy Gosford is investing in a new Fuji Xerox Versant 3100, with owner Peter Clarke saying it gives his business the opportunity to reach new markets.

The Gosford franchise is upgrading from its Xerox J75, and will be keeping its existing Fuji Xerox Versant 180.

Clarke says the new Versant gives his business an increase in capabilities whilst reducing costs, “The main reason we upgraded was for the booklet finishing. There was a few other nice bells and whistles that came with it too.”

Clarke bought the printer at PacPrint, where he was also impressed with the progress in laminating, “PacPrint was good. I saw some interesting bits and pieces we are looking at upgrading our laminating machines after what we have seen at the exhibition.”

Clarke says the press will be installed during the week beginning June 19.

Kwik Copy Gosford employs four staff and specialises in graphic design, small format digital printing and wide format.
