Family-owned Kwik Kopy Miller St, North Sydney, has been awarded NSW/ACT Franchisee of the Year, at the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Excellence in Franchising Awards.
The award aims to recognise excellence in business management and franchise citizenship for franchisee owner-operators. Areas assessed by the FCA include business planning and performance, systems management, franchise citizenship, openness to learning and change, as well as community contribution.
Dan McKenzie, owner of Kwik Kopy Miller Street says, “We are thrilled to have been recognised at the FCA Excellence in Franchising awards. As a team, we love what we do and pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and deliver the best results.

Father, son and daughter team, Peter, Daniel and Susie McKenzie run the Miller St franchise which offers graphic design, business cards, brochures and posters. The shop was awarded Kwik Kopy Franchise of the Year in 2017.
