Kwik Kopy supports females in print

Design and printing franchise Kwik Kopy has revealed it will be a major sponsor for the 2016 Women in Print (WIP) event.

The initiative, which supports female empowerment in the print industry, had been on the lookout for major sponsors to join Heidelberg as it stepped down to associate sponsor for the 2016 breakfast series.

Kwik Kopy managing director David Bell says the franchise decided on the sponsorship in a move to support both women and the print industry.

“Kwik Kopy is enormously proud to be associated with Women in Print,” says Bell.

“The WIP events have been a great success and we hope that, in our role as sponsor, we not only highlight the importance of women in our organisation but in the printing industry as a whole.”

Marketing manager Ryan McMahon says the sponsorship represents Kwik Kopy’s belief that the ‘days where printing could just be thought of as a man’s world are long gone'.

“Our female franchisees are one example of how more and more women are making their mark on the print industry,” he says.

Major sponsorship for Women in Print is priced at $8000 which includes logo exposure in trade media, WIP website, print banner, invitations and table cards.

Kwik Kopy will join other major sponsors IVE and Media Group for the 2016 event held in May in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
