“LEP is renowned for its fast turnaround times and high quality, [so] we don’t want the simple things like ordering and setting up accounts impacting on our product delivery.”

Bromfield also assured that the system – found at www.lepcolourprinters.com.au – would be supported by the company’s customer service team “to process account applications and assist with any online issues.”

Likewise, for less confident print buyers, the site’s order and quote request function pre-populates its forms with the most popular variations of each product set.
