LEP offers same day trade delivery

Trade printer LEP Colour is giving the idea of fast turnarounds a new meaning as it launches same day and next-day dispatch for up to 1800 print products, and is offering $300 refund for missing a deadline. The company says if a client places an online order by 9am, the printed products will be dispatched the same day – guaranteed. For next day deliveries, customers need to place their order by 2pm the day before for it to be delivered on time.

John Bromfield, chief executive officer of LEP Colour Printers, says this Same Day Dispatch (SDD) offer includes a complete range of business stationery products, including digitally printed business cards, flyers, brochures and folded brochures, as well as offset printed stationery. Bromfield says, “These incredibly fast turnaround times are the culmination of years of innovation and sheer hard work at the company, which is dedicated to offering its trade customers the kind of service they require to stay abreast of their own customers’ demands. “Our market research has shown time and time again that the key factors in choosing a print partner are price, quality, time and service. We have always committed ourselves to addressing these factors, and that is evidenced by our investments in state of the art print technology, along with consistent upgrading of our online ordering systems, our staff training and our adherence to lean manufacturing principles. “The result is our two print production facilities in Queensland and Melbourne are capable of producing highest quality offset and digitally print products and dispatching them in the shortest time possible.” The company says if a customer’s products are not dispatched the same day under the SDD and NDD guidelines, it will offer a refund of up to $300 per order, depending on the product. Bromfield says, “However, this is not the point. Customers who order same-day and next-day dispatch products do so because they need these products in a tight time frame, so our job is to deliver on this every day.” The company has updated its production workflow, and renewed its IT infrastructure and online ordering system to meet its SDD and NDD guarantees. Bromfield says, “At any time all our employees know exactly where any order is in our system at either our Melbourne or Forest Glen sites, so we can ensure that every job is dispatched on time. “This is all behind the scenes stuff, but it is what makes LEP Colour Printers – in a competitive market such as this, it is time that makes such a big difference to any business.” LEP says print products can be dispatched using print customers’ own preferred transport or couriers, and can be addressed in a printer’s own brand packaging for direct delivery to the end customer.
